Starbucks coffee at Hi Piotrkowska 155

The first Starbucks store in the center of Łódź will open in the Hi Piotrkowska 155 complex, whose developer is he Master Management Group. The investment situated right next to the Transfer Center on the W-Z route is attracting new tenants.

The new Starbucks store in Łódź will have an area of 108 sq. m. and it will occupy the ground floor of a five-storey office building. The coffee shop will have entrances both from the square, located at the intersection of Mickiewicza Street and Kościuszki Avenue, and directly from Piotrkowska – the most popular street in Łódź. In spring and summer, an outdoor patio will be available to customers.

Hi Piotrkowska 155 is first and foremost an ideal location in the city center and a place that perfectly fits into Starbucks’ strategy of constantly expanding accessibility for guests. That is why we will soon open the third Starbucks in Łódź which is also our chain’s first coffee shop on the city’s office market – says Katarzyna Pijanowska, Starbucks Polska Brand Manager. – The increasing attraction of Łódź and its undeniable popularity in the context of the largest cultural events confirmed our decision to open another location in this city – she adds.

Apart from modern office space, the Hi Piotrkowska 155 complex offers retail and services, including shops, cafes, restaurants, drugstores, as well as a fitness center and a medical clinic. We have gained the trust brands such as Hebe and Żabka. We believe that the new cafe will be warmly greeted by Starbucks fans and will become their next favorite coffee stop at Hi Piotrkowska 155 – comments Anna Polak, Head of Leasing Master Management Group.

Piotrkowska 155 is a complex consisting of three buildings: a 19-story office tower connected to a 7- floor hotel and a 5-storey office building. The Hampton by Hilton hotel will have 149 rooms. However, two neighboring buildings (19 and 5 floors) will offer class A + office space with a total leasable area of 21,000 sq. m and 4,000 sq. m of retail and service space. The Piotrkowska 155 complex will be built next to the Transfer Center in the central part of Łódź and will be an important point on the city’s business map.
